ETABS column loads → column schedule

Upload the gravity model's column forces (ETABS: Display > Show Tables > Element Forces - Columns, exported to Excel; or your compiled sheet with a DESIGN column). Every column story is designed to ACI 318-14 with its axial load and top and bottom moments, your own designs are checked, and the results are grouped into column types and a schedule.

Load cases named like a service dead load (126-ASD-D) and the total live (001-Total-Live) are combined here (1.4D, 1.2D + 1.6L); any other case is taken as factored. The section size comes from a DESIGN column (12X20 6#8, 20 DIA 8#8) or is typed per column.
