Steel angles (one per wythe), a W-shape or a reinforced CMU lintel over an opening: arching when the wall is tall enough, floor and roof loads bearing on the wall above (shed above the arch), beam seats spread at 2:1, bearing, deflection at L/600 under the masonry.
